A Gin Distillery Tour is a great way to see how these spirits are made, and it will give you a whole new appreciation for your favourite tipple! This is a guided tour and you will learn about the art of distillation while enjoying a gin & tonic on arrival.

The tour will take around two hours and includes a walk through the distillery, where you can smell – and taste – certain botanicals, plus a tutored tasting session with their original gin as well as delicious limited editions and liqueurs. You will also get to meet the Master Distiller Flora and her assistant Caledonia!

They source 18 of the 26 botanicals used in Brookie’s Byron Dry Gin from local surrounds. The gin is inspired by English sloe gin and has flavours of rose, watermelon and plum.
